On 15. June 2018 with celebration and encasing of time capsule started SWH office center housing connection structure construction, one of the most important parts of the reconstruction process of office building center at Skanstes street 50A, 52, 52A. 

SWH office center reconstruction project goal is to expand the area for renting up to 40 000 m2, enhancing infrastructure, and modernizing the office center completely.

SIA "Būvkonsutants" project manager Reinis Gaigalis and assistant Raivo Kalderauskis provided excellent project management at the Design phase, coordination of development and quality control of BIM model, also presently they insure project management and technical supervision of construction.
