In Ādaži, next to the Laima chocolate factory, which was put into operation in 2020, an active construction process of the Orkla waffle and biscuit factory is being implemented.

The new year has started dynamically on the construction site of the waffle and biscuit factory - basic construction works and construction of engineering communications are being carried out, and it is planned to assemble the building frame in the near future. SIA "Būvkonsultants" is also constantly working to ensure that the project is successfully implemented and that all parties involved are able to communicate effectively and pleasantly. Remote meetings with a team from different countries - Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Latvia - have become commonplace for our team, ensuring maximum involvement in the development of the project.

During the design and construction, SIA "Būvkonsultants" performed project management duties and organized a contractor selection tender in two rounds.

The author of the architectural design is SIA "Arhitekta G. Vīksnas birojs", SIA "Sitera" is the structural engineer and the author of the engineering networks design is SIA "Citrus Solutions".
