Merging office buildings at Skanstes street (previously- «SWH office center») and Dunte street (previously- «Duntes nami»), real estate fund «SG Capital» has created a business center «Skanstes City».

 

Investment of 13.6 million euros has been made for the reconstruction and development of the business center. «Skanstes City» area for renting out is close to 50 000 m2. A and B class office rooms will be available starting of 130 m2.
